Venerable Robina has kindly agreed to give two teachings at Kunsang Yeshe.

At times it may seem that there is nothing but disruption in our personal worlds and even further afield. Stress and anxiety may affect your ability to be happy.

Join Venerable Robina as she teaches us how to recognise negative and unhappy states of mind so that we can turn them into states of calm and positivity.

Date: Saturday 14th December

Time: 10.30am-12pm

Karma has many meanings and connotations. For example it may be thought of as fate or destiny, reward and punishment, or ‘what goes around comes around’

In this talk Venerable Robina will discuss how our understanding of karma can be the building block to shape the life we would like.

Date: Saturday 14th December

Time: 1.30-3.00pm

Location: Venerable Robina will present both these teachings in person @ Kunsang Yeshe Retreat Centre, 116 Bathurst Road, Katoomba. The teachings will also be available via Zoom at a location of your choice. Everyone is welcome to attend these talks.
