Happiness – it’s all in your mind!

Whether the mind is the brain has been studied by scientists, sometimes resulting in controversial conclusions. Tibetan Buddhism has long explored the subject of the mind, with some schools describing it as the subjective experience of thoughts, feelings, and perceptions that change constantly.
In this talk Geshe Sherab will unpack the Buddhist understanding of mind and how the mind has the capacity to cause us grief but also great happiness.
Date: Friday 6th March
Time: 6.00 – 7.30pm
Location: Kunsang Yeshe, 116 Bathurst Road, Katoomba and via Zoom.
