Drawing on Buddhist psychology and her decades of teaching experience, these sessions explore how our habits of thinking create both suffering and freedom and how we can train the mind to respond more wisely to whatever life brings.
Each talk is grounded, challenging, and deeply practical, with plenty of real-world examples and time for reflection. These teachings are suitable for both newcomers and long-time practitioners who are looking to deepen their understanding.
