This is a 6 week course exploring the theory and practice of various methods of meditation, giving you the freedom to find what works best.
Dates: Thursdays 30th January to 6th March

Tara Retreat with Venerable Dekyi
Tara is a Bodhisattva who represents wisdom and compassion. Her extended right leg indicates her willingness to help those in need.
Dates: Saturday 25th January to Sunday 26th January 2025
Times: 9.30am-4.30pm

Tara Practice
Tara is often referred to as the ‘mother of all Buddhas’ and ‘Tara the liberator’ as those who request help, find solace in her.
Dates: Sundays monthly in 2025 TBA
Location: in-person in the KYRC Gompa or via Zoom at your location.
