Imagine lying awake at night, utterly exhausted yet unable to settle. Your thoughts keep racing, your body feels tense, and your breath becomes shallow. No matter how tired you are, true rest seems out of reach.

In Tibetan medicine, these can be signs of an imbalance in རླུང་ rLung (literally, “wind”) — the vital energy that connects the body and mind. When rLung becomes unsettled, the mind can become restless, emotions heightened, and the body may struggle to relax and restore itself.

Join Tibetan medicine practitioner Menpa Pema for a special teaching exploring the nature of rLung and its profound influence on our mental and physical wellbeing.

Through practical guidance and simple techniques, you will learn how to:

  • Recognise the signs of unsettled rLung
  • Understand how daily habits, stress, and emotions can affect your balance
  • Support greater calm through breath, awareness, warmth, and mindful practices
  • Develop simple tools to bring the body and mind back towards harmony

Leave feeling more grounded, centred, and equipped with practical ways to support deeper rest and inner balance.

From scattered to centred. From restless to rested.

Health flourishes when balance is restored
